Effective on permit submittals received beginning on September 1, 2024, the Village of Cary will be enacting new building permit fees per the recently adopted ordinance number O24-06-03. Fees have been adjusted to account for current trends and the needs of the community. Additionally, the Village has adopted the 2021 Editions of the ICC building codes, per ordinance number O24-05-06. The new building codes will also become effective on September 1st.
