When you apply for mortgage assistance, we'll work with you to explore all your options and help you understand which best suits your situation. Start by sending us your information, and a Relationship Manager will work with you to explain all options so you can decide what's right for you.

To get started, complete the Request for Mortgage Assistance (RMA) Form (PDF). You may upload your completed form to chase.com. Sign in, choose your home lending account, choose Account services, then Mortgage Assistance.

Within 30 days of receiving the documents, a Relationship Manager will reach out to request additional information, if necessary, and to explain all options so you can decide what's right for you.

After we provide your eligible options, you’ll have 14 days to let us know which option is best for you.

Your Relationship Manager will follow up with you about the option you’ve chosen and will help guide you through the next steps.
