Registration methods

Please note: beginning in Fall 2024, in order to log in to your account and register for a course, you will be required to agree to the new Recreation Services Participant Waiver.

Ways to register:

All payments made in person or over the phone via credit card will require the CVV/CVC number (the 3 digit code on the back of the credit card). This includes credit cards you may have saved on your leisureONLINE account. Please bring the physical card or know your code in order to use those saved cards.

Online registration (option 1)

Have the following information ready:

To register , go to leisureONLINE. Follow the online registration steps through to credit card payment. Your activity enrollment confirmation will be emailed to you.

Important information about accessing or creating your account

To access your account:

If you have never registered for a Leisure Guide program, or if the last time you registered was before 2013, you can set up an account by visiting winnipeg.ca/leisureonline and clicking on Create an Account.

If you are planning to register for Leisure Guide activities using leisureONLINE, please ensure that you are able to successfully login to your online account BEFORE registration starts.

If you are having difficulty accessing your account, please contact 311.

Phone registration (option 2)

Have the following information ready:

To register call 311 or 1-877-311-4974 (toll-free outside Winnipeg), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, once registration begins. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

In person registration (option 3)

The following registration centre will operate on August 20 only:

999 Sargent Ave.
8 a.m. – noon

In-person registration is also available at 395 Main St., Accès–Access Saint-Boniface (170 Goulet St.), or any City indoor pool during operating hours.

Service in French is available at 395 Main St., Accès–Access Saint-Boniface, and Margaret Grant Pool.
